I have decided that I'm shutting this blog down. Seems as if no one is finding it to any use, and I just don't have time to keep up with Randy's busy life-style and posting pictures and details about him, etc. With that said, this blog will become inactive for right now. You can look at the few postings that I have posted, sorry for any misunderstandings.

Monday Night RAW Results 8/17/10, Randy took on Gabriel & collided with Sheamus
Justin Gabriel def. Randy Orton by Count-out
The Nexus’ South African cyclone, Justin Gabriel, was scheduled to compete against Bret Hart, but Raw’s mystery GM had other ideas. Citing his animosity toward “Hit Man,” the GM instead arranged for a new opponent, Randy Orton.
The Viper appeared to have Gabriel securely wrapped in his grip when WWE

SummerSlam Results 8/15/10, Randy Orton def. Sheamus by DQ
LOS ANGELES – WWE
Targeting Orton’s right arm, Sheamus used his weight advantage and notoriously hammer-like offense to weaken his opponent early in the match, enjoying the brutality all the while. But serpents are most dangerous when they’re wounded, and The Viper soon sank his fangs into the pale-skinned pugilist, much to the delight of the sold-out crowd at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles. But after Orton kicked out of Sheamus’ punishing Brogue Kick, a frustrated Sheamus went outside the ring for a steel chair. A WWE official tried to pry the weapon from The Celtic Warrior's grasp, but was shoved off the ring apron and onto the ground in return, resulting in a disqualification.
Although Sheamus and Orton have faced off in the past – most notably at the 2010 Royal
Knowing Sheamus’ history of stealing victories due to outside interference, Raw’s anonymous General Manager proclaimed that any Superstar interfering in this bout would be suspended indefinitely. The GM also announced that if Orton loses the bout, he would get no rematch and would go to the back of the line, raising the stakes for the serpentine Superstar and fueling his desire to win. When Sheamus’ disqualification destroyed Orton’s chances of attaining the WWE Title at SummerSlam, The Viper went berserk, leveling Sheamus with a post-match RKO.
Although Orton was technically victorious at SummerSlam, he remains focused on capturing Sheamus' title. The WWE Universe can expect the animosity between these two Superstars to continue Monday nights on Raw.

Randy Orton on Lopez Tonight
Appearing on TBS's "Lopez Tonight" show for a rare TV interview, WWE wrestler Randy Orton presented a completely different side of his personality than his customary "viper" TV character.
During his guest appearance tonight, Orton acknowledged he was a "hated villain" for six years on WWE TV and recently turned babyface. "I'm not used to this," he said. The reactions from the studio audience captured the WWE audience turning him babyface - males cheering their "Stone Cold" Steve Austin of this generation and women cheering him with his cool demeanor and relatable character.
Considering Orton's rare TV interview appearances, most WWE fans wouldn't have recognized Orton out-of-character in a sharp suit, smiling for the crowd, and having outbursts of laughter sharing stories on his WWEcareer and family life.
At the beginning of the interview segment, Orton strolled onto the set slapping hands with the studio audience while flashing his CEO-quality suit. Orton commanded the stage and received a strong babyface pop before beginning the back-and-forth interview discussion.
Comedian George Lopez, the host of the show and noted wrestling fan, introduced Orton as the youngest WWE champion at 24-years-old and said Orton will be challenging Sheamus for the WWE Title at Summerslam.
Orton and Lopez saved the discussion on Sheamus for late in the interview giving the final hard sell for Summerslam on Sunday. Orton talked up Sheamus as being a "big ol' boy" who is new to the business. He got a pop from the studio audience for doing a brief wrestler promo, with a grin, saying: "That doesn't mean I'm afraid of him."
During the back-and-forth, Orton talked about growing up in the business being a third-generation wrestler. He talked about his family being part of the WWWF, then WWF, and now he's in WWE.
They showed a picture of Orton's dad, "Cowboy" Bob Orton, posing. Orton also name-dropped Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Roddy Piper, and Paul Orndorff as wrestlers who used to come by his dad's house. This was followed by a picture of Andre holding a two-and-a-half-year-old Orton, which humanized Orton to continue making him relatable to the females in the crowd.
Orton then talked about his wife and small daughter watching him on Raw every Monday night if he's on the show early-enough. He shared a story that he's fourth in line behind Big Show, Sheamus, and John Cena with his daughter.
Orton said his daughter calls Cena "naked baby," even though Cena wears jean shorts and he wears the closest thing to a diaper, referring to him wrestling in athletic wrestling gear.
"John Cena, she calls naked baby, she calls herself naked baby, why can't I be naked baby?!" Orton said with a smile.
Orton and Lopez wrapped up the discussion, with Lopez giving a final plug for Summerslam in Los Angeles or on PPV on Sunday.
Prior to Orton's segment, R-Truth continued the "WWE Karaoke Week" contest. Truth ditched his customary WWE TV rap in favor of a rough version of Three Doors Down's "Kryptonite" song. He took a page from Dolph Ziggler's playbook on last night's show flashing his mid-section to the audience to get a pop.

Monday Night RAW Results 8/9/10, Sheamus calls out Randy
WWE Champion Sheamus scuffled with Randy Orton
In six days, the question will be answered. For now, though, the WWE Universe is wondering: Who will hold the WWE Title after SummerSlam? The latest evidence to ponder came when current champion Sheamus called out his SummerSlam opponent Randy Orton. As the two fierce competitors jawed back and forth, the anonymous Raw General Manager intervened via email. Through his spokesman, announcer Michael Cole, the GM stipulated that were any Superstar to interfere in the match, they would be suspended indefinitely. The GM also encouraged the Irishman to retaliate against The Viper’s claim that he’s scared of him.
A melee ensued between the two, and when the dust had settled, it was Orton who had bested his rival. Although The Viper could have punted Sheamus in the skull, he uncharacteristically stopped short and instead, he actually handed the WWE Championship to the dazed Irishman.
